I've been shipping software for 24 years — most of it directly where the problem lives.

At PwC, I lead a team of developers building enterprise applications. But my real edge is what people now call forward-deployed engineering: when a project is stuck, a team needs reinforcement, or a client has a complex technical problem, I parachute in, understand the domain, and ship the solution.

That isn't a title I picked from a job board — it's how I've worked my whole career. Embedded with Nestlé, Unilever, DHL and Czech banks to build customized solutions. Bridging client needs and engineering on PwC projects across the US and New Zealand. Conducting 90+ technical interviews a year, leading up to 14 developers, and staying hands-on in the code.

I combine deep technical skills — React, TypeScript, Node.js, Swift — with the ability to sit across from a customer, understand what they actually need, and build it.

Much of that work now sits at the edge of applied AI — shipping LLM features, agents and RAG into production, and reading the field every day so I stay honest about what's real and what's just a demo.
